Anyone in the San Diego, southern cali area I need HELP!!!
I'm trying to relocate from Jersey and am currently seeking a job or some promise of employment before I pack up all my **** and head out. I have a place to live in pacific beach so thats of no worry for a while.
Does anyone know of any places hiring or have an insight to anything in the area, im willing to travel up as far as Temecula, or an hour 1/2 away.
I currently work for IBM and I'm a senior account exec with them as well as a director of developmental sales. I handle all marketing,sales,contract,software/hardware training and budgetary quotes for clients and internally.
if ANYONE knows of something or has an in somewhere please let me know.
I'm even at the point where I will pay someone if they can help me pull it off.
I really appreciate it, and thanks for the help everyoneeeeee!

Well anything sales or marketing works too. I'm not just limited to the tech field. I found alot of stuff to apply for just sucks not knowing when they will get back to you!!
I totally could have had a job for you if you'd asked me 4 months ago but since I work for a tax prep company (I work in the IT department) we are in the process of shutting everything down next month...
FWIW, I totally know how you feel. I moved from Milwaukee to San Diego back in May 2006. I had a place to stay but didn't find a job until about a month after moving out here. It was scary as hell but I have to say it was the best decision I've ever made. I know the economy sucks right now in terms of finding a job so I wish you the best of luck!
