Default Dark Scion TC on 57.

Hey guys,

I know I may be in the wrong forum or what not but I was driving about 30 minutes ago when I saw something obscene happen.

I was on the 57s right near the katella exit when a loser in a 09~ white civic, black rims, and visors went speeding past me. He was going roughly 120mph when he met a blockade on the freeway and slammed on the brakes. He then swung into his right lane which was accommodated by a scion tc & almost hit the (gunmetal/charcoal 09~ scion tc with stock altezza's). The female driving did what anyone would do and jerked to her right. Of course, this sent her out of control, she swerved a few times and then did a 180 across the freeway and stopped in the carpool lane. I saw a female in the drivers seat and she looked okay.

I watched in slow motion as everything unfolded right infront of me. As soon as the scion spun out I looked back at the Civic which had taken off. He continued his dare devil speeding on the freeway until I caught up to him and wrote down his license plate number.

2006-2010 white civic with rainguards and black rims
License plate #5SVC821
The driver of the civic was a male, and had a female passenger in the car with blonde hair.
The car exited the 57s and went onto the 22east.

I am not positive on this license plate number since at the time I was trying to catch up and read his plate as well as write it on my hand. After I chased him down [some 2-3 miles] I went back to see if the Scion was okay, she wasn't there so I figure everything is dandy. I'm just posting this up incase anything needs to be done/clarified or if any damage was done to your car. Stay safe guys.

Damn, that's horrible man. Glad your gf and the kid's okay, did anything happen to the culprit by the way? I felt like the call wasn't enough so I decided to post it here.

Also, dueces, I used my 05 sti to catch him :]

Ah for sure, sounds good then, hopefully they stop this fool. I was watching him since I got onto the freeway and he was driving like a douche the entire time.

Just wondering do you call 911 for something like this? How does that get directed to CHP. I've always wondered that since i've seen people like this but never done something about it even though I would like to.

Ive done it before and yes it is an emergency. Just like a drunk driver they encourage you to dial 911 for that.

So wait you did or you didn't drag race the camaro? I am confused..and if you did..what are you trying to prove? I think you're missing the whole point of the OP...

I called 911 a few months ago on a trip to NorCal. Stef was driving ahead of me in the I-5 just north of Lost Hills when we got passed by a couple of cars (I don't even remember what they were), but they were racing and going pretty damn fast. I called 911 and told them about it. Stef and I notice the two cars pulled over by CHP when we got just north of Kettlemen City (about 25 miles after I called CHP).
