FOR AWHILE I COULD CALL OUT I EVEN USED THE HOUSE PHONE..MOM AND SIS-INLAW WERE AT BREAKFAST AND I COULD GET THRU TO THEM EITHER

Pomona checking in... felt it here... less than 10 miles from the epicenter. man that was scary. also felt the after shock.

How long was the earthquake for u guys? I live up a hill and it only lasted like 3 secs. but talked to a friend in ontario and he said it lasted 15 secs.

This is weird cuz I was thinking about organizing the shelves in my garage last night just in case anything falls off during an earthquake.

Luckily nothing fell and my car is okay.

I was under my ____ing tC when it hit and the jack slipped right after I got out. That was 45 minutes ago and I'm still shaking

Felt it and I am in El Monte.

Pretty funny that my inlaws bought a new LCD TV and asked me to reinforce the tv with brackets. I did that last nite and they said they would feel better if any earthquake was to occur.

EDIT: And at least you can see a hurricane coming, earthquakes are totally random.

Heck I would have a foot massage(earthquake) any day over a guaranteed disaster every year. Earthquakes only shake us up every once in a great while. Still, looks like you guys are alright. So thats good to hear.

Oh man! I just remembered my car is parked next to the Garage Garbage bin! Sheesh I knew there was a reason that spot was cheaper than the rest! Gotta go look.
