fullerton college has a state ref station, thats where i got my exhaust checked at. i think its $15 for a test print out (so that you can show the cops incase they try to ticket you) or its FREE if you show them your ticket.

 

do they give you any hassle ?

they guys that tested my car were really chill. they dont let you watch them test your car. they are pretty straight forward.

i got pulled over for a loud exhaust. i brought the car in, they tested the db readings from the exhaust and thats it. i had a CAI, cat convertor and they didnt say anything or hassle me.
