your pretty much screwed at longo.. try taking it somewhere else.
and we all know ride alongs dont ever work, when was the last time a problem that you were complaining about actually happen when you tried to have someone fix it?
good luck, take it to all the dealers around... but longo is the best when it comes to this.. so i dont know what you could do.

yeah, take it to another dealership if Longo can't figure it out. It's not like Longo's the only place you're allowed to go to...
And if I had read your post aloud, I'd probably die from lack of air...

Alex, call me! I work with the guy who WROTE the lemon law for CA. Legally you have to take it in 3 times, and if they still don't fix it, you may be eligible. Warranty periods don't always apply, so long as the problem was documented before the warranty expired.

Alex did you talk with the service manager?? or just a tech? Longos one of the largest and best dealers out there......I find it hard to believe that they won't resolve the issue some how for you.
Oh and if the service manager cant resolve it take it up with the general manager. It may take some foot work, but i'll bet they get it resolved.....

honestly.. there are no other dealers in the 626 area that are as good as longo as far as service is concerned.
you can try puente hills toyota, but they hardly can do oil changes, so try talking to the service manager at longo and let him know.. because you dont want your sunroof malfunctioning in the rain, that will lead to more problems guaranteed.

Isn't there also a thread about this?? I think it's the grease on the sunroof not having enough lubrication to run along the tracks or too much dust on the tracks. Maybe I am wrong about what's happening to you but this also happened to some peeps in another club and the greased the tracks along the sunroof.

kno what... it happened to me once or twice but if you look at the inside where the roof is touching (metal to metal)... its kinda gettin corroded from dust and water and grease... you might wanna take out the old grease and put a fresh grease... that should help it lubricate... and slide freely...
