Default I have an IDEA......about doing a ....

We should get support and tell Scion to host a "reduce-price gas event" for all the scion owners, since gas is going up/is high. I just thought of it whiling driving.

Maybe $2 or $2.50 per gallon......................I don't know. I'm not sure if Scion will do such a thing.........but since they blew up, Scion, they should, u know, give back a special thanks.

We should send emails or something so that maybe, with enough support, Scion could host a "reduce-priced gasoline event"...............since gas is $3 or more per gallon. I just thought of this, so I don't know.

I was just saying, maybe Scion could give thanks to its customers by selling cheaper gas to us Scion owners................of course, get a gas station to host it.

Any more confusion, just tell me. Maybe someone can help us to get this idea into a reality.

yeah Tea....that'd be sweet. i can only assume that gas prices are going to increase at the same rate the tempurature is increasing. by the middle of summer, we could be looking at triple digit temps. and $4.XX/gal. for gas....crazy stuff!!!!!

I know Scion is going to say.........."well, aren't our cars giving u great gas mileage to start?"

I mean, they should at least give some thanks to us owners cuz we made them big.......I mean, Scion got a boost from the start.

I think once gas hits, uh, maybe 3.35 for 87 octane, then we should send a proposal to Scion about this idea. It not only helps the current owners like us, but it can help in their marketing..........other people will see, "well, if Scion is giving low price gas to the current owners, we should buy a Scion so that when the next time comes around, we'll get low price gas." Maybe Scion can make this a regular event once in a while.

But of course, this should be for So/Nor Cal owners cuz this is where it all began, .

Proposal/Petition anyone? I need some help for this or maybe someone can do it for me, or let me say, do it for everyone else.

Whether it follow through or not, at least we try.

Not to mention in So Cal / Nor Cal the price is higher than the rest of the nation for no reasonable reason. It's all a freakin mind game with the public... we think $3 a gal is high when 4 years ago 2.50 was high. It's a matter of laying the feathers on the camel's back....

Anyhow rant over. This would be a pretty hard thing to organize.

Yea, if Kiis FM does this every year, then why shouldn't Scion do it at least once?

I really like this idea. How about this in a proposal. . . . . let's say Chevron or Shell hosts the event. Say gas is $3.40 per gallon. Scion offers to pay 50% or $1.70 per gallon and so do we? Then to really boost the statement the gas station and Scion donate .85 cents per gallon to alternative fuel research??? Maybe a stretch but I think we all know what the power of a few thousand voices could do!??

honestly, i may be fooling myself, but i've noticed that my car runs better with premium. it's more responsive when i step on the gas pedal, i honestly don't believe that the gas lasts longer (like some people say) haha. and also, when i'm running premium, my car seems to be less sluggish towards the time i need an oil change.

...but i could just be crazy. oh and i pretty much only use chevron gas.

I used to with my ex finace's car, but I hated paying an extra $2 a tank...now with prices the way they are, I'm (we're) paying an extra 5-10 bucks a tank

5-10? shouldn't it still only be an extra $2?

hmm...(i only fill up for 5 gallons because it saves gas)
*3.09 for 5 gallons ($15.45)
3.29 for 5 gallons ($16.45)
3.39 for 5 gallons ($16.95)
3.49 for 5 gallons ($17.45)

it's still only a dollar more for me. gas would have to be 40 cents cheaper for it to be a $2 difference
