well we will see when but i just want to let people know that i dont want people to get the wrong idea just cause it is called a install meet that you get everything installed for free you need to take into consideration the owner of the place and the installers.. if any further questions pm me i will help to answer them for you

Ok, the whole idea I came up with for an install meet and WHY I POSTED THIS THREAD was for people to share knowledge and help each other in the installs (including myself) AND to get some stuff installed not for free but for a reduced fee cause I am not rolling in Cash!

Way too many people want to take a ride on the free train but not give anything in return. Hence why I proposed a donation box for the owner of the place where the meet is + a revised idea. To have minimum donations to people doing the installs.

I think there should be a minimum for the easy stuff like maybe springs and such and the harder/more labor stuff the more the expected minimum donation.

This eliminates ANY BS when the install is over like "oh I thought this was free" or "uh well you see I really do not get paid till" or "I will pay you Friday" after the work is already done.

Chris does Awesome work! I was with him Sunday from 8am till like 5:30 pm working on various stuff for my car. Agency Crank Pulley / Rotors & brake pads / Neon under body kit with Rocker Switch.

At the end of the day I gave him cash and bought him a Creeper since he's always under a car I thought he should be at least comfortable Too me it was the right thing to do and showed I was grateful for all the time he spent while I stood there like a doofis not knowing what to do (for the most part).

Oh damn and Rick was there helping also. He's a great guy.

So these are just some things to think about if we want another install meet.

I got nothing done on my car. and therefore donated nothing......sorry. But yes, the minimum fee thing sounds wonderful, but how will it be divvied out?? That is the part that is trouble.

Oh, and Mighty....no, YOU suck.
