EDIT: IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION!!
Just want to help you guys out and give you a heads up for bad spots on the 101 north bound.

Once leaving Ventura and begin to drive along the coast, it's best to stick in the fast lane and middle lane. The slow lane is riddled with horrible holes and nasty uneven spots of asphalt. The fast lane is the best overall of all lanes going north towards SB. Next is going into Carpenteria it's all pretty good up until Santa Monica road, you'll see a big green sign that says Santa Monica rd. And that should be your warning for a 'ramp' like part, it's like a small section of road that's goes over a drainage ditch. It is a bit elevated on either end, so slow down for safety! I always slow down to like 40MPH when I get close to it. After those spots it's smooth gliding to santa barbara.

If you are on any other forum that has the event cross posted on please post this on there soo no one hurts their cars coming to the evnt from LA county.
