Default MODIFIED EXHAUST TICKETS vs TRD !

So guys and gals! as many of you know and seen many many post of how TRD still gets you a ticket ! well today i came to court and sat with the judge and showed the officer and the judge prove and pictures and scion corps book that states "TRD IS EMISSION LEGAL IN ALL 50 STATES" im happy to announce that i won my case!!!!!!!!

the cop kept saying something about my engine was modified with headers and intake so i came back and said "didn't you sited me for modified exhaust? he said yes ...then i told the judge"let me remind you that the ticket is for exhaust not engine modifications so if you want i can go to the state referee and pass the test!

the judge didn't blink and let me go!

TRD EXHAUST IS LEGAL! DONT LET NO ONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE! FIGHT THE TICKET AND DONT PAY ANYMORE MONEY TO THE GOV.
you should've seen the face of the cop when he lost!

Why don't you just get a cop friend to sign the ticket off lol Everybody has one!

What you can do too is postpone the trial for up to 5 months then go 99.9% the cop wont even show up. This has worked in my favor MANY times.

Im glad you won Jeff feels good to stick it to the man for once LOL.

??? You asked who, what? What were you charged with, what's your excuse/justification? Who demanded pictures of what? Who, what, why, where, when, how?

When you go to court, you'd better be able to explain your case in a logical, bulletproof, case. I hate to tell you this, but a judge will laugh you right out of the courtroom if you said what you just posted.

Shouldn't these same cops be out there pulling over drunk drivers and arresting drug dealers instead of harassing 4 cylinder econo cars?
