I got a mod exhaust ticket to. Cop followed me like two blocks I didn't do anything drove correctly and then he pulls me over and says you know why I pulled you over. I say no tell me? He says your tinted windows. I say I have a ticket already and I'm going to court in two weeks and getting them removed so felt dumb and said also your exhaust. * I have a concept G * and I told him its a axle back and under 92 Db. And he says its not loud I know that its the fact that its bigger than a 4" opening. Can I pass a Cal ref test with my concept g if I go for it? Any help plz

if you already have a window tint ticket then you should of had taken them off asap, now you have to pay for another ticket for the same thing that your already going to court for. as far as you having a concept G exhaust it doesn't matter to the cops, all they see is an aftermarket exhaust and they just write a ticket not caring if it's quiet or loud. not sure if the state ref's are still doing the whole exhaust db testing but it's worth a try to go and see if they pass it for you, but you can't go with a cai/headers/midpipe or whatever else you have modified in the motor and you'll be fine
