Default MODIFIED SCION OWNERS IN SOUTH BAY! READ! COPS!

For the next few weeks to month..... DO NOT GO ON CANYON RUNS/DRIVES IN P.V.!

Due to increased racing, modified presence, etc in Palos Verdes.... the cops are GUNNING for modified cars. Giving the most B.S. tickets... to .... yikes you don't even want to know. They are hiding EVERYWHERE between 4pm-2am.

Take a break from up there and be safe everyone!

I have 4 friends that have been issued tickets this week...not including the cruise last week with xB ryders where we were pulled over 3 times.... and a member was issued 3...yes...3 tickets.

Good looking out Johnny! I live in this area, and there have been a lot of cops out. If your ever in the South Bay, drive conservatively please. Be safe kids!

Thanks again Jonny. I've noticed the abundance of cops around Torrance/PV lately, too.

I live right off the canyons near Calabasas, Mulholland, Stunt road, Box Canyon, etc are just down the street. I have a good 10 canyons within a 10 mile radius around me and the CHP literally MOVED their headquarters INSIDE the canyon area for this reason.

Everyone be safe if you're going on canyon runs.

i think the least of their worries should be modded cars and illegal street racing. i guess they never got into tuning because mom & pops gave em no real hobbies to keep. perhaps it's that time of year again when the state isn't making enough money. status quote, anyone? legal system=lame (at times).

and oh yah, since im not in california and would like to share anyways, thanks to new legislature passed in florida, we are going to have CARB emission standards next year. FARB.

1. Because we break the law... frequently and blatantly.

2. Because it's obvious we have disposable incomes.

3. Because this has been the way it is since the beginning. First it was Rat Rods, then Muscle Cars, and now Tuners... ain't nothing changed but the names since the 1940's.

LOL!!!!

PS:
Thanks for looking out Jonny, and also Tina's info was crazy cool as well. I don't drive crazy but I would if I was in a Tc I do speed but I think it's reasonable compared to 80% of what I see every day on the highway.

I just hope they don't stop me cause they are jealous of my 1.5

After reading this I am glad I live in Minnesota. Sure we get below 0 wake ups in the month of January and we can get over two feet of snow in 24 hours, but I don't get a fix it ticket for my header not being carb approved and I have never been pulled over unless I was actually speeding.
