Default in need help with coilover springs

i have a 2005 xb, just got some coiloversprings, the ones that work with you stock shocks and struts. not totally sure how to install them. we just did my friends lowering springs, but im sure these are a lil different, anybody out there give me a step by step? please. hurry we are installing them tomorrow. THANKS

didn't it come w/ instructions? sounds like you have a sleeve system like ground controls so it should basically be the same as installing regular coilovers but you would be placing the threaded collar around the strut on the front by removing the top hat. check the tech section for coilover install!
