Default need help w/carbon hood

I have a bbist dual Vented carbon hood.Need to find a way to clean it up.it has some spots on it that wont come off.I have tryed ALL KINDS of wax and nothing will come off,I was told to wetsand it and clear coat it but dont know if i want to do that Anyone know of a place i can go to, I live in Simi Valley

is the hood brand new? if so the i would contact bbist to see if they can exchange it for you.

Well not brand New its been on my xb for about a year but there were some spots on there when i got it and i tryed waxing it off but no luck.Do you work for Bbist.
