Default Newbie in Tinsletown!!

Just wanted to chime in and say hello to everyone...I just took delivery of my '05 xB on Friday and so far, I'm quite happy with my purchase. Although "The Fridge" is gonna serve as my work vehicle, I look forward to modding it little by little. I'll be on here quite a bit I'm sure!

There are a few pics in my gallery...more to come as progress is made. Any recommendations on extracting a bit more power from this thing without making excessively loud? I've modified a ton of vehicles in my life, but nothing this small in displacement.

P.S. I'm currently looking for drop springs and a roof rack...anyone out there got reccomendations on what to go with or where to find each item respectively? Thanks!!

Congrats on the xB man! Not sure about the roof rack, but I can give you a prospective on both the Tein S and H Tech lowering springs. I rode on H-Techs for a while. I wanted a conservative stance and a bit of a softer ride. The body roll on the H-Techs is very noticable and got to be an issue for me. I basically switched to S-Techs for a sportier ride. Taking corners now is like night and day, I love it. The other good thing about the switch was that the highway ride on the H's and S's basically parallel each other, so no loss there. I drive on some pretty bad roads and have not had any problems at all.

Good deals from this dude.... both H-techs and S-techs

Congrats, I just got mine on Monday and today I already started putting together my sub enclosure, and cabin air filter. Slowly and surely it comes together.
