With windows down.
A big black arm hanging out the passenger side window.
SPEEDING...at least 90+
Weaving through traffic.
Without signaling.

Spotted Saturday around 2:45pm on beach blvd, FM tC, OEM grnd fx kit, Staggered Axis Wide tracks, exhaust, with the LP "1SIK tC" or something like that, dude all i gotta say is...weaving in and out of traffic on beach blvd, not too bright homie
