im getting my tint all around for 140otd. its 163 regular for all the windows but they hooked me up with their after hour sale 15% off

Just remember, I had to remove my tint from the two door windows when i got pulled over.
Ticket also cost me $114.
BS - for me, no more on the doors.

damn SciontCya, you sure had to deal with a lot of crap over that single tC tint job. I was concerned about front tints as well. I originally wanted 20% in rear, and then 20% back windows and 35% driver/passenger doors. but now i'm thinking NO tinting on doors so I dont get pulled over. BUT non-tinted doors and then a 20% in the rears sounds ugly.... ugh. may have to go 35% on all the rears then, but thats far from what i originally wanted.

Still hoping for more tint shop recommendations but it seems this information is hard to find.

 

Yeah, it sucked. I got 35% all around, but now it's only on the rears.
Looks fine, and it's staying that way.

With no tint on the front- I think 35% must look a lot better than darker rears and "clear" fronts. thanks. BTW I also got a flint mica.

still gotta figure out where to go for a tint job...

 

I just find found a tint shop, Robert's Tint Shop in Pomona, CA. Google them, they gave me a price of $150ish for Titanium Tint for all windows. No hidden charges.

Let them know Alex sent you and maybe you can knock a few off.

 

I had mine done at "Solar Eclipse" in Woodland Hills over the weekend.

They did a great job and my xA looks even better now, all for only $140 with a lifetime warranty.

If your willing to make a drive, Prefered Tinting did my tC last monday. I had every window tinted limo. That included the rear windshield, rear left, rear right, passenger left, passenger right, moonroof, and sunroof; for slightly less than $300. They will tint the windshield for $150 cash as well.

If you are in the SGV then this is definitely the place to go get your windows tinted. They always have a line out the butt there. Great guys to deal with. My whole xB plus the small strip on the windshield $140. If you already got tinted then, sorry, but, if you do go there, be prepared to battle the line. peacepeace.
