Default Powdercoating Rims Questions/ Advice

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good powdercoating place because I want my rims black with the lip still the same...
I also was wondering how much it actually cost because it probably would be more cost effective to just buy new rims haha.

I Called and the guy laughed at me thanks a lot 2fast haha
but anyways he said it would be 40-50 if it was just a matter of sanding it down and powder coating but 100 each if he has to actually strip the rim itself because he doesn't have the proper equipment

btw he asked if they where two piece and I believe mine are...
Sorry such a crappy picture right now...dont have my camera on me and this one is from my profile

I believe it is because it has tons of bolts around where it looks like it would seperate...
Now here is the real question...can I take it apart with the tire still on there...I would think would any other weight on the rim itself it shouldn't compress or anything...
Or am I stupid thinking?
