Tell him to read up on cults Scion took care of us.... not the other way around.

anyways I could have made a few claims if I really wanted to. However I was too tired from the long bus wait and too grateful for my mini vacation from Scion.

It might have taken a bit to get everything in gear to clean up this mess but it looks like everything is being handled very well and with Scion sending out gift cards for $100 to people it shows that they still do care and we can ALWAYS rely on Scion to take care of their customers.

Has anyone heard what's going on with those gift cards and if they're only being sent out to those that filed claims?

Aww... come on James! We'll get stranded on an island, and it will be like an episode of "Lost" except with a bunch of Scions!

I filed a claim, my check for the damage came today and yesterday I received my $100 gift card with an apology letter. All of that was way more than I expected, I just wanted my dent removed. I appreciate BMG and Scion for always taking care of the owners.

I just went to Ross. He does good work and is cheaper then most body shops. I don't want scion to be charged to much. They definitely hook us up and don't want to take advantage of them.

screw that, i want it done right just as i had it when i gave it to them. i spent 5k to get my car to look like that in the first place from a dealership, little over 3k to redo the most of it @ a dealership sounds right to me.

If it was major damage then I would be ____ed and gone to the dealer too. But mine is just paint chips and scratches. Paint is paint and Ross is an excellent painter. Why get chared twice the amount at a dealer when he can do the same job for less. It's just my opinion, but I don't want to send Scion this huge bill when they already covered this big tab from United and all the other cool events. Scion FTW.
