Hey! thanx yeah i'll see if i have time. Actually..my grandmother just had surgery today and is going to be in the hospital for a while so i might have to go and see her on saturday in irvine. i will try to make it though. If i can...i'll make dumplings from scratch...hehehe they're hella good ;)

as for a place to cruise we can go down PCH to Neptunes Net (Fast and The Furious) for food or somethin... or we can go to Super Autobacs in Stanton..

so let's try to set a date. So far...i have a request for Sunday. I'm assuming everybody is good with that? Let's say, early afternoon? I'd like to do it in mid-december but since not that many people have responded so far, i'd say that is unlikely. I was hoping at leats 30 before the event. Obviously..more would be better. But if you jknow anybody who wants to do it, but who doesn't have an account on scionlife, then just put their names in and location. We'll figure it out. So i guess...if we have enough before december 10th, we'll do it on the 18th...if not, then we'll do it january 15th or 22nd. Everyobdy down with that?

 

I live near the 5fwy, 118fwy, 405fwy... it would be cool to get alot of people to meet. The only problem there will be is getting a place to meet with enough parking. Sundays are prob the best days to meet only cuase alot of the places are closed so parking spots are available. As far as a date goes... December is already hectic with a lot of people only becuase its the whole holiday thing but January sounds great for me. I can get all my SDG's to go cuase some live in San Diego! Hope to get more details on this

So first order of business......preliminary waypoints...basically places we'll stop along the way to pick up people. I couldn't find a service where i could put the waypoints on a map...i'll try to find something though.

So......Those are the only places i know of personally and to which I could lead the pack to. I suggest that if somebody knows a place to meet somewhere in San Clemente, get an address and put it up in the forum and I'll add it. Obviously...as more people join, we'll have to modify the meeting places so it's convenient for everybody. Also, I'm willing to lead everybody all the way up to Irvine...after that, I'm not too familiar with the area so somebody else will have to lead. We'll figure out logistics later in terms of how we will stay together (e.g. drive slow, stay in the second lane from the left, etc.).

Other than that, those of you in LA, come to a consensus as to where would be a good place to meet and let me know. Then i'll modify the list. When we come up with a final route, I'll print up maps and directions for everybody and hand them out at the meeting points. ok...hope this works out in the end! Let me know if you ahve any suggestions

Also, after Irvine, should we drive to PCH and drive up to LA that way? Or should we just take a freeway up to LA and then go to the beach and PCH after everybody has joined us?

NICE! I think i used to go there when I was in HS (I went to UNI). Anyway, just to confirm, this is in the shopping center right across from UCI right? Things have changed so much since I lived in Irvine so i dont' recognize a lot of the places. But dude......try to spread the word if you can eh?
