Yeah ok i remember now Well....let's try to get more people first heheheheh ;) So here is a small update.....We'll go to the same parking lot, but maybe we can chill at Le Diplomate Cafe/Bakery instead. Or for those of you who want burgers.....then obviously in n out is there

Start: Fusion Cafe - 8038 Clairemont Mesa Blvd
San Diego, CA 92111

1: Plaza Camino Real - 2385 Marron Rd
Carlsbad, CA 92008

2: In-N-Out / Le Diplomate- 4115 Campus Dr.,
Irvine, CA 92612

also.....anybody in SD have any better ideas than Plaza Camino Real? I just looked on the satellite image on maps.google.com and that LOOKED like a good place hahah! pretty ghetto eh? But we need a meeting place right before the desert....assuming that we get people from north SD joining us.

yeah i know...but didn't they build that huge parking structure now? And they have a nordstroms and some other mall there as well....not as open as it used to be. unless there is a huge parking lot still behind the parking structure

Super Autobacs would be cool, should be lots of space in the parking lot for photos, it's easy to get to off the 405 or 22...I'm in Huntington Beach so I could hook with y'all when you get there. Used to live in Encinitas so it would be a bit of old home day!

hey! yeah cruising the coast would be cool what do the rest of you think? I"M thinking that we go up to LA on the 5 and then pick up people in orange county via 405 or 5, then drive up the coast to LA? or we could just "freeway it" all the way up to LA and then pick up the rest of the people before cruising along the beach. we still have time to plan...but i think mid jan is still better cuz people might be gone during new years. comments?

Depending on how many vehicles are in the cruise it would be difficult on PCH with the traffic lights. Might be better to use the freeway and pick a large place for the final destination. Just a thought.

Sounds good.....even though we don't have a set schedule and trip yet, anybody want to volunteer to lead the pack after we stop in Irvine? That's as far north as I really know the streets......

Nice! 16 people! hehehe. We'll start working out logistics (e.g. making sure everybody is in line on the freeway via cell phones maybe? ) once we hit 25 or 30 people. And start throwing out ideas for meeting places in north San diego, orange county and LA. thanx guys! This should be really awesome

Yeah i'll pick up a set of radios then. We'll see how many people in SD have one and then we'll see how many we'll need on the way up. For those of you who wnated me to PM you when i have more details in order to tell ur buddies to come.....I'll do that probably once january rolls around. But start leetting them know what is going down so they don't accidentally make plans during that weekend. Thanx
