I've seen alot of styles come and go...what was cool then is now rice and what's rice back then is cool now....So what's RICE to you ?
My definition of rice is a combination of: Huge ugly decals on the side of your car (Fast & Furious Style), a gigantic wing the size of an ironing board (typically seen on 1986-97 honda accords), powered by a nasty sounding ebay exhaust, and last and not least Altezza tail lights.
thats exactly what i would have said

well to me its a bunch of numerous things:
-excessive rattle canning to claim as mods
-adding body mods that don't belong on the car (Ie: skyline tailights on a tC or 4runner headlights on a xB)
-loud body kits (more dangerous than Russian Roulette, if built wrong)
-with that being said your shoes have to match the outfit!
-excessive lighting to where you need 2 batteries. You dont want a plane to land on your car do you? AND not everything in the car needs to be lit up to score a point.
-If your spoiler is higher than your roof line........nuff said
-If you have 10 lbs of recycled cans stacked on your trunk.......be prepared to be covered by every tuning website around the world
*now these are my opinions and just that. Please don't take it seriously.
I think what we all will agree on right now is the "trend" is moving back to basics again. You will see at the end of this year that wild is out and street is in. Look around you at all the meets that have been happening. CA is moving the trend again with the rest of the nation following and we can all agree that Stance, Poke, Drop, and decals are whats in. Form > Fuction and soon this thing we call "rice" will be back again like "streetwear".
