be careful coming around the turn, cause sometime there are cars backed up and u can see it. Floor it on the ramp and then oh shiet carr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I was at longo yesterday fixing my car...it was a horrible experience. I am not going back there again.

Thanks for explaining yourself! I'm sure your opinion of something matters to everyone else that says Longo is FANTASTIC. Japanese car magazine shoots, a starbucks, subway, occasional free food.

I go out of my way 25 miles to go there and have an AWESOME time ALL of the time.

 

 

thank you for actually posting an experience. Long wait times are sometimes expected from some dealerships, I personaly have not experienced anything like this...

 

i have a friend who works at the longo lexus service department. he and a tech told me a few years ago some guy took the offramp too fast in a IS300 (on his way to Longo), flew off the ramp, and crashed/totalled 3 brand new GS's.

 

^^i know about that. i think i have some of the pics of that day...

 

how did the guy total 3 new gs's? 3 sepearte times?

 

they were parked in a row/next to each other. i heard the IS landed on top of them.

 

oh wow, owned. He must have screwed his life for a good long while.....there is pretty much no way his insurance would have covered all of those vehicles unless he had an umbrella policy....
