actually the kid was on an insurance binder........he was rushing and missed the entrance......but I heard he blacked out. next thing you know the car was in the air and landed on a couple of our cars. I apologize for your experience in service. I am not in that department but if there's anyway we can resolve your concerns, I'll be more then happy to have our guest relations dept director contact you.

 

I must say that exit is da bomb! Just ask Richard Meraz how fast he goes on them turns. Better yet, I go there because of these cool peeps, Rich, Verone, Sergio, Don, Kim, Gabriel, and Michelle.

Those two ramps are fun. The entrance to 10E and the exit to Longo on 10W. I probably should drive slower on those two after hearing that story about the IS. I probably should stop scaring people test driving the ES too...
