Rob, you want to reserve me a spot so I can come pitch a tent and I can pay you before you go or when I get there or whatever. it's first come first serve on the regular spots there i bet. i coubt they take reservations.

Sorry shorberg wish I woulda saw that ten minutes ago. I just reserved a spot in section 4 right on the lake front. No fancy schmancy "yurt" but it'll work lol.

It's easy to reserve a site though- you can do it all online. Also there are plenty of places available, you probably wouldnt even HAVE to reserve one....

 

If anything, you are welcome to crash at my sight. I'm only allowed two tents and two vehicles on the site so we might have to get more sites anyway.... We'll just cross that bridge when we come to it I guess.

 

Yeah, I was hoping to get all of us that ARE going to camp to be right next to each other, that way we can all hang out and watch each others stuff while we're showering and whatnot.

 

Yea I thought about that too. The only reason I didnt get a site in section 1 is because they are electric sites and cost about twice as much as a basic site. I'm not really planning on bringing anything electric, so why pay for it?

 

Yeah you are right, anything I need charged I can do in the car!

The website says you have to stay for a minimum of two nights if you are going to reserve a yurt.... I'm only staying for one night...I guess I'll have to find a place to park and camp out in the back of the B.

 

I think there's only one yurt anyway and its already been reserved.

I'm just gonna bring a tent, make a fire, do some campin... I have a friend coming down with me and he's bringing his wave runner so fortunately I can throw all my gear in his truck lol.
