I encoruage everyone to do what ever they want. and last I checked That was my opinion.
I wouldn't put tires as a top safety priority.

I am simply stating the obvious, that anyone (even whose user name is IWANTPOWER) should be respecting the car for what it is to begin with, and SUGGESTING some things he might want to do as firsts with his first car (which is what he was requesting people to tell him on the thread).
Yes, anyone is free to do whatever they want to their car...thank God this IS America, but saying that Tires are NOT a top priority for safety to a 15 year old NEW driver is just ludicrous. Not to mention that suggesting incredible power mods before anything else? Safety first, ya' know?
I would suggest that you stop attacking my posts on this forum or any other...I may not be a moderator here, but can discuss your attacks with the ones that are...
Please just respect others for the opinions they have, and quit acting like this towards others, and you'd find that people would be alot more receptive to your suggestions too!
Respectfully....

Okay.... WDS steps in....
Back on topic.... this isn't going to be a my advice vs. your advice thread... Personal callouts and instigations will be shut down.
Coming from someone with a decent amount of experience with the tC and modding... I'd suggest the things that get the most for the money looks and drivability wise... you won't notice new tires signifigantly, unless you're driving your tC super hard... I'd suggest starting with springs and a lower stance, transitioning into sways and suspension... as you get more comfortable with your ride, I'd then focus on engine modifications...
Start with the aesthetic and noticable and move into the performance piece by piece...

OK GUYS CALM DOWN!!! hey just because my name is IWANTPOWER doesnt mean i have to have power right now, i still gotta get copmfortable with the stick first of all. i think im gonna start with a good wax (Good Point) and then some tint. Then ill prly start with either some new tires and rims or my suspension and some sway n strut bars and maybe coilovers (Nick ill call u in about a month when i get my license cause thats when i can start to tune my tc). Im gonna play it by ear because my job only pays 7 50 an hour and itll take me some time to get the $, but i got a good amount save up right now so im not too worried. Thanks for the advice so far guys and of course ill research everything twice before i buy it.
