yeah, it's the latest ipod. it's basically an iphone without the phone. my little sis got one for christmas and i was using it. i love it cuz of the safari browser. i wanted to get internet on my blackberry but i'd rather have the safari browser and pay the $300 one time than $20 a month for internet+tax and slower internet. i know it's wi-fi so i wouldnt have it ON at all times like my bb, but at work, i have wi-fi, the places i usually go on lunch theres wi-fi, school has wi-fi, my home, etc. so it'd basically be the same.

 

guys, i just wanted to clear a couple of things up...THERE IS A MEET TOMORROW NIGHT! Christmas came and left, tomorrow is a regular day.

i was planning on setting up some kind of event at the miramar regional park..like a bbq for all of us that go to the meets. there would be a fee that will be used for food, etc. i think that would be pretty cool, so let me know wut u guys think.

I went to the apple store over the weekend, and tested it out. Loooks really sick. I also won a bid on ebay last friday for an blue ipod nano 8gb 3rd generation, after losing 5 bids!!!

My blackberry is pretty much falling apart >.< right now.

Soooo i'm thinking of getting an iPhone. Since I know how to hack it now, for t-mobile. ROAR!

 

how do you hack it for tmobile? i have only been able to find how to hack up to firmware version 1.1.1. if you were to buy it now, you'd have 1.1.2. can you hook me up with a link or how to do it? as soon as i know for sure i can hack 1.1.2 i'll buy it.

I was able to downgrade my friends iPhone from 1.1.2 to 1.1.1

The only problem is the modem won't allow itself to be downgraded from 1.1.2 to 1.1.1

So its kinda half-assed right now.

I'm deciding whether to wait until somebody figures out how to hack 1.1.2 properly with a stable version and then get a new iPhone, or to just get an iPhone off ebay with an old firmware version of 1.1.1 or older.

Either way, i'll be getting one, to work with t-mobile =)

Oh yea iPhone 2.0 will be out beggining of 2008. No photos yet, so don't go looking for it lol.
