I deter my previous statement, well slightly.

Aluminum gaskets suck *****.

So the real battle is between:

Stainless Steel Gaskets vs. Copper Gaskets

Some cars love copper and others like stainless steel.

Since my history with copper gaskets is terrible!!!!!!!

I just ordered a 2nd gasket, but this one is a stainless steel version.

I'll just have to wait longer I guess. The copper should be here this week, steel next week.

I'm praying that the flanges on the turbo and exhaust manifold aren't warped. They are pretty thick so I don't think thats the case. If they are i'll have to get them machined >.< !!!!

Since i'm gonna be doing all this working I might as well make it a big job.

1. Remove Exhaust Manifold/turbo/Downpipe/S-Pipe
2. Clean Engine Bay
3. Use Exhaust Wrap on all Removed Parts.
4. Spray Hi-Temp Silicone on all Exhaust Wrap
5. Time to bust out my dremel and port a few things (gotta be careful with the metal shavings )
6. Reinstall everything and use new exhaust gaskets (I was missing 2 lol),
7. Install new stainless steel turbo/manifold gasket.
8. Use Copper Anti-Seize on bolts/nuts
7. New Header/Exhaust Manifold Gasket.
8. Hopefully no leak when I turn on the car.
9. Retune Hydra
10. Retweak Boost Controller
11. Finally beat Geo
12. Dynotune so I can finally get all the cells on the fuel/ignition map
13. Cry cause its finally working
14. Beat Geo by 10 car lengths

Id probably buy pizza or something like lunch, but doubt id pay someone to "Help" me. Hell i was gonna pay Joel for him and a friend to mess with it without me. lol

But ill let you know. If by January nothings happened, 1uP Garage will seriously be a consideration. I trust my peeps.

So I left work early today, because no one was there. I decided to check out the leak more thoroughly. To my f**king surprise. Guess what I found. Honestly I couldn't believe it could happen. Since it was technically a new part. I'll post a picture in a few. Its really hard to believe, lol.

Needless to say, it no wonder it affected boost tremendously.

Yea Geo, you might want to think about getting at least 300whp worth of stickers or at least some special tcPete ajiaco sauce injected into the your engine.
