Pete, there should be a black and white wire connecting to the cig lighter....black being ground, so you can tap into the white with the fuse holder then to the voltage wire....
Then you can either tap into the black wire for ground or find a metal screw to wrap it around, i would do the latter...
U prolly already figured it out, but hope it helps
