i know what you meant. i forgot what it was called too, but just gelt like f'in around. well, if you dont end up getting the rotors, i'd at least resurface the stocks. if not, the pad wont be on a perfectly even surface and it'll wear sooner than it should and start making noises.

ok guys i just ordered a set of 4 rotors and low dust pads

now to install them whenever they come

Hey guyz...head's up...I got some new info on Scion Exposed...b/c i edited the thread it's not a sticky anymore...so please go see!

 

i think i'm gonna hold on to that CF hood, its just too sexy to let go. my bank account won't be happy but w/e you only live once....i almost have the hood mounted on- widening the washer holes and routing the lines took some time.

javi i can help you with the rotors/pads one weekend if you like.

also, if anyone has an extra OEM axleback or any kind of axleback laying around that they can LEND me for a week, i'd appreciate it and will pay you for using it. i have a 33" resonator getting welded on this weekend to (hopefully) take care of the little rasp i still have. if i'm still having trouble after that i'm blaming the axleback. i won't need one till next week, but i can take it off your hands tomorrow night. i'm troubleshooting exhaust tones and will return it just as it was given

i swear to god, they couldnt make this supercharger any more fkn convenient.

i just finished cleaning the fkn oil inlet fitting... what a fkn mission. i dropped that fkn midget gasket and took forever and a day to find it. i got oil all over my fkn shirt and shorts. now i can never wear my favorite short shorts. but w.e. i got it done. i guess having to do it every oil change isnt that bad now that i know how to do it. wooo. 1up. bling. my back hurts. lol.

lol. i was actually the one that made that thread everyone keeps referring to. back in the day - which was a wednesday, btw lol - i called vortech and they said 3k. then i called bob at trd and he said it was a typo and should really be 30k. i called vortech today and they kinda giggled. lol. it should be every 3k (i called again today to be sure). they said trd was bananas, b-a-n-a-n-a-s. so yea, should be every 3k. i just wish they did it so that you dont have to remove any parts to get to it. like i removed some piping and stuff just to be able to see. i dont think i'll have to remove so much crap next time since i have a good understanding of where everything is and how it connects. again, it's not hard, its just the first time you dont know what you're looking for. lol.
