They are clear bulbs, but shine yellow. Not sure if they are h3 or not, lol.
well i sold a lot of crap on ebay from around the house as well as stuff in the garage and splurged the savings on the tc =p

Hi gang, I just got back from the dyno. Lance and I were tuning the car at a shop call Machines gone while!, First run, we got 348 whp, ( I was impress, last time in the dyno my best was 314whp) That is was I was running last Wednesday) but the car was running too lean. We added fuel and fix the curve but drop to 320 whp. Boost it to like 16psi and it did about 358whp, Boost it to 22psi and did 414 whp. Back the boost and left it at 398 whp. I did not want it to pass 400whp because it will star break things and I want it to keep it reliable. Then after everything was fine with the dyno we took the tc for a ride and went we got back the car was overheating, I was hoping nothing went wrong with the motor
it turned out that the fans were not working, we put the boost back down, jump the cable to have the fans on all the time until tomorrow (it was to late 12:00). But went I got home, I could not wait till tomorrow so I star it to mess with it and found out that I have connected the AEM gauge power cable to something related to the fans of the car, after disconnecting the gauge the fans start it to work again. 
I will see Lance again tomorrow and make sure everything is good, turned the boost back up and see what happens. The fuel pump I have is good for 430-450whp so we have decided to leave it a 398-400whp to keep it in the save side. I should not have any problems tomorrow and my tc should have 398-400 whp by the end of the day. I will keep you guys posted and will see you on Wednesday.
