I'm a woman who hasno clue when it comes to cars and hate to be taken adventage by some of those shops!!

I need 30,000 mile schedule maintenance done on my car. I called dealership i got my car from and they want $500!!!

I am in Orlando area. Is there anyone who can recommend someone cheaper??

i guess it depends if you've been
keeping up and taking car of your car the previous visits as well.


Central Florida Toyota.....ehhhhhhh.
try Toyota of Orlando. had a 15k maintenance, it was around $100 i think?

go to a shop you trust and just tell them to look up the maint manual on what to do

My local dealers price on their website is $116.65 for the xB and this is what they do...

30,000 Miles or every 24 Months
$116.65 xA & xB (incl Non-Plat Plugs)
$74.15 tc
Replace Engine Oil & Filter
Replace Engine Air Filter
Replace 4 Non-Plat Plugs
Rotate Tires
Inspect the following:
-Ball joints and dust covers
-Brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs
-Drive axle boots
-Steering linkage and boots
-Brake lines and hoses
-Engine coolant level
-Exhaust pipes and mountings
-Differential oil
-Fuel lines and connections, fuel tank band and fuel tank vapor vent system hoses
-Fuel tank cap gasket
-Radiator core and condenser
-Transmission fluid or oil


You may also want to check your local dealers site. I didn't check my dealers site when I got my 15K and they charged me $188 for a 15K plus service instead of the basic service which was $44.
