Default Avoid Orlando Sprint PCS Stores asif they have the plague

welcome to my past days of hell....

thursday, i take my phone in to be exchanged under warranty... no problem, they replace the phone and i leave happy.... customer service agent i worked with, very nice..

thursday night, around 9:15... phone battery dies... no biggie plug it in in the car, doesnt want to charge, wait till i get home and plug it in... no dice...

friday morning, take phone to sprint store, get bad battery replaced, thanks to tech guy who was very rude.... talked down to me and acted like i was a child... got very ____ed and caused a scene, got my battery replaced quicker...

friday night at a friends house.. phone turns off, does not turn back on..

sat morning, go back to origional sprint store *see thursday* talk to Assistant manager, she says no prob. goes back to the tech, says it will take 5 hours, i asked if i could leave the phone there, and my dad would come pick it up, she said no, even though the phone is in his name... and says that i cant even leave the phone there if i wasnt coming back that day to get it... *note, i stopped on my way to work* customer service VERY HORRIBLE

sunday morning.... i go back to same store as yesterday... same assistant manager greets me, and says that there isnt a tech in on sundays... i ask her why she didnt tell me that yesterday, she says "ohh, im sorry i must have forgotten to say that" I turn abruptdly and leave store, customer service sucks

monday... i take half the day off work, go to same store as yesterday *big mistake* wait 4 hours for them to tell me my phone is broken... DUH... and then they say that whoever did my origional return *see thursday* did it wrong and i have to wait 2 weeks for a phone, becuase they cant give me anything in the store to use for the time being... and once the phone comes into the store i will just have to walk in with old phone and hand it to them and walk out with new phone that will hopefully work...

i leave very ____ed off, haveing caused a huge scene and watching several people leave the store... the store security guard walks me to my car, but halfway through the parking lot "i tripped and dropped the phone, that doesnt work" and if you were in the area today, you know that it rained a lot.... and damnit if the phone didnt break right there... whoooooops

moral of the story, dont go to the sprint store locations in metrowest by the milenna malll *see friday* or the one by the west oaks mall *see thursday, sat-mon*

anyone happen to have a sprint phon lying around that i could use for say 2 weeks???

I love knowing that you don't have a phone for 2 weeks.

It's $200 and the only reason I stick with them is because Noella uses them at work.

The service in North GA isn't much better. They will rip you off any way they can! I'm stuck with them for another year. I demanded that they waive the disconnect fee due to many probs on their end....but I don't think it's gonna happen

I hate to hear that their customer serv sux where you are too.
