Default Common Problem it seems...

There seems to be a problem about these threads. It seems that no matter how you read a thread, someone is going to take offense to it. It has happened on many different threads, and I am getting tired of it. Everything is considered Drama. Everything is considered starting an argument, or crying, or something to that nature. Most of the time, its not. Most of the time its the way people perceive what is going on. Trust me, the way I read some threads compared to how others read threads is going to be completely different.

Another problem is that people don't read everything that is in the thread. Some read the first few sentences and assume the rest of the thread. Most threads about the car shows for example. If you honestly go and read the posts, I think there is more posts about how the show was great, but people highlight the bad parts in the posts. For example: The judging, or the classes. Then a whole conversation is about those topics, and we forget what the thread was really about. Then some people get all ____ed off, and become offended. Everyone is to blame for this. Not just one person.

Now I may be wrong, but if I hold this in any longer, then I will explode. I think everyone needs to take a deep breath and just re read a thread different ways. I know that I have gotten offended before at some threads, and I have lashed out, and I am sorry. I have been really good lately though, and plan to continue that, but this is going to take the efforts of everyone.

Thats just my .02 If there is a problem about what I have to say, then come to me, and I don't mean behind a computer screen. Call me up or something, and we can talk about this.

This is actually a topic that is more common than you would think.. Since we are coming in the erra of communication via txt messages, and emails, we have lost the PERSONALITY and PERSONAL interactions..

I am glad I am getting through to some people, but can we maybe put this into practice??? I mean, I am not saying I am perfect, but we need to stop with the whole yelling at each other, and showing attitude on the forums. We are suppose to be a family, and although families fight sometimes, I think we take it to the max. This is going to have to take everybody to make this happen...

I dont think everyone understands it like you. Lazinesss is the culprit. They dont read previous posts, or the whole post. Some peopl only read what they want to read, skipping the rational part of posts.

That is my point. If you actually read half of the posts in the show thread, all of the people said "Awesome show" but did you notice what people picked out of the post? It was all about the small complaint which should be taken as cristism.

Well, I just added to the complaint, just a little. I agreed with it. Thats all. But after someone took my agreeing out of proportion, it flicks on my A**hole switch, and I destroy threads. Its a personal problem really. Too many fakes online. And at the shows, its grown men, wife, kids, the whole 9. Trying to act tough online.

So its fun, to see them go to a level so low, that they know, in real life, that tough internet talk is left behind with their username.

While I greatly appreciate this post, I've come to realize that everyone is who they are and thats about it.

I've decided to not be involved in activites as I'd rather avoid drama and various other things, it's just what I've decided to do.

I wish we were more of a family like we were but I have serious doubts that it'll ever be that way again.
