Default How much should it cost to install under body neons?(Miami)

I got some under body lights to put on my car, but I'm not sure where to put them on or how much it should cost....
Can anyone answer that for me?
Thanks,

Christy (Scionic_Woman)

dont get neons.. i've gone through sets and sets cause ur tires pick up rocks and it slams into them and they break.. get LEDs... and get them on ebay or something. i've gotten mine through ebay and they look great. for installation wise... just follow their instructions they send int he box.. shouldnt be hard at all! it took me an hour. its just running the wires under ur car takes the most time. everything is just plug and play =)

im sorry, i meant LEDs....
Thing is... I'm not really car savvy... I'd rather just find somewhere to install them. Plus, I dont have a car jack or any tools I need, I'm a girly girl. LoL

hmm... they're pretty easy to install... the wiring job is the part that might take a while... so im guessing around 3 hours? maybe 4... but it depends on where u install it too... so ur looking at around.. couple hundred

find a local car club, join it, and then go to an install party.... I'm sure the guys will help you out for free... Otherwise, you'd probaby get charged about $100.

Most shops out there that install radios would be able to do it for you. I am sure that in Miami there are several places.

well the cheapest ive found so far is 90 at a shop and 70 for someone to do it on their own time. Is that what it should run?

It took about an hour to install mine the first time.... all that is needed to be done is to connect the tubes, drilling to mount, and connect a few wires inside your car. I'm sure you can find cheaper if you have patience.

We used to do install parties here in orlando and we've installed tons of these (for free).... like i said before.... hook up with a club.... the members usually know a lot about the car and what they are doing.

But hey,... when I go to Orlando I usually go to Old Town for that car show thing they do every week. I see a few Scions... do you know those people?

It is not a very hard install. I would do it for free if you were local. Good luck.

Not trying to rag on your ride Scionic, but would you consider removing the fender side vents? Looks real clean except otherwise. They should just be held on with 3M red tape, plastic putty knife and some adhesive remover will take them off without damage to the paint.
