Hello this is ChefXb3 (aka Boxzila) in ATL

I was doing some surfing this am here in ATL where I live and found some conflicting info

the site for exposed 3.0 says "Carnivale" starts at 4:00 PM with a 3:00PM registration time.

The website for the local radio station 99X who is putting on the Halloween Brouhaha at the Masquerade says that the Scion Carnivale starts at 2:00 PM with "Gates opening"

Can someone with some contacts get some clarification on this and what time Cars can start coming in and get set up.

It seems to me that registration needs to be earlier than 3:00 PM if they are going to start letting people in at 2:00 PM
