Takes 4 hours, and only an extra set of hands every little while to get things back in place, because the rear is no fun at all.
I did the suspension on my truck, it was a 6.5" lift. Would it be that difficult for me to do it myself? I just didnt want to spend extra money paying someone for something I might be able to do. You like the 86' Comanche?

Dude, if you did that you shouldn't have a problem at all. Just make sure you have 1-2 extra sets of hands or it will take you forever to finish.

This is personal preference, but I don't like Stechs because I've seen and heard a lot about rubbing on wheels bigger than 17's. Even rubbing on 17's with a meaty tire.

I wanted the option to go with an 18 with some meat on it, or even a 19 and still be dropped so the wheel filled out the well. S Techs would be way too low for that. But I already know you have rims, Just not what size, so if its a 17 S techs would be fine, but I'd be cautious about dropping with stechs with 18's.

hmm...I have 18"s but when you get different rims the outside diameter doesnt change, at least it isnt supposed to, only the width of the tire should change. Stock 17"s have a wider tire then my 18" rims do, although the outside diameter is the same. See what I mean? So why would they rub? Unless you put a tire bigger than stock on...

I get you, but like I said, It's my personal preference. I wanted 18's with KDW2's on them, real beefy tires. I would have been sure to rub with that setup and STechs.
