hey dont be jelous.. having a house a PITA lol.. i got clean, wash dishes, mop, cook sometimes, and that clean everything not just my room back when i wasnt hitched..lol its nice to have but sometimes i hate it lol.. im sure when u get back to cali you can scoop something up... but dam the houses are mad expensive there now!!! lol..even in compton it doesnt go under 400k lol i saw that not to long ago on TLC or A&E on one of there house flipping shows..

yeah but you can PAINT your freaking walls whatever color you want w/o ever have to paint them back. i walk around my apartment complex: these cats have hardwood floors, choclate color walls, tile on the porch and in the crib--IN APARTMENTS!!!! I understand not wanting to pay property taxes, esp. right now but why invest in an apartment that you will never see the return on and that you can booted out of any day b/c it's not yours.
yeah cali houses are nuts, depending where you go, compton is in LA, but the out east aren't as bad. the commute would suck tho. but i'm hoping with the housing slump, by the time i am done with the military and out of school i can come in and get one at a pretty good price.
i could get a house out here in florida, but with the market the way it is and me only being here 3 years (almost 1 year left) it would have been a bad, bad move. i laugh when i see youngins trying to clown on the older people (you and Sciontcya in cali) on this forum b/c they're driving tCs. like yo, not only do you not know what their other car may be, but these cats have houses, actual investments; and all you can get them on is a car--f'in stupid. On top of having houses tho, having houses in the two most expensive markets, SoCal and SoFL, and they live with mom and dad or on the freaking plains in Kansas. get out here with that mess.

and LOL at anyone that pays 400K for a house in compton. better come with an AK, body armor suit and bars on the windows. i laugh when i see the new developments, I watch that 'flip that house' show too.

I came, saw, was judged, and then I learned. I have never been in a show nor shown any car up until now. I have to give you a big thanks Leslie for making it an event I know I'll remember. I have tons I could say about alot of the comments but I am not as I really don't care to argue about it and I really don't know enough to argue. What I will say about it is only this I don't see where any of us can complain for 2 reasons.

1. Leslie worked her **** off to put this together for all of us.

2. Besides what else would have been doing anyway.

no one is saying lelsie did a bad job... she did an awesome job and i highly doubt anyone is complaining about her part etc... there really is nothing to complain for her efforts nor the dealerships effort in great trophies, good food, great fkn giveaways!!.... i think ppl are just some what aloof about the judging.. but thats nothing the dealership or leslie can control... i think thats the only place were ppl are saying anything about... the dealer ship also asked us to give them feed back.. and thats what ppl have done... lets not get any of the positive things leslie or the dealership themselves provided for us and twist that in what ppl are some what not happy about...hm k

 

i just feel bad for her... shes like my mom during the big family dinner.. everyone is eating already and shes still cooking...........

everyone had fun and Leslie did the hard work...

 

x2 on what pete said. one thing i don't want to happen is for leslie to feel like she failed on the show just b/c the juding was suspect. it was good for the most part.
