be sure in "Whatever" you do research and ask first before you leap into things regardless of how tempting it can be....patience and research makes your pocket not have flies coming out of it and makes your ride not have issues you have to fix later from ____ty shops tampering or scamming you and you pay for it by your car falling apart, leaving you stranded, or getting you in an accident and getting you or someone killed...

be sure to never take a first opinion always go for a second....just because a Tc tells you he got boosted SRT4 injectors doesn't mean hes telling to truth, use common sense there...a shop that lies and gives people miss information is not a good shop...and it adds to the population of people who have no clue but talk a good game...but i digress...

the more knowledge does not mean you'll be better then anyone it just means you have a better idea of where and what you can and cant do with your car...and how to go about doing it and so forth..

i'm still learning myself...trail and error i still got issues to fix and things to do nothings perfect but atleast we try right?

IDK why you're complaining about HP's work or rates, if I recall they have done most if not ALL of the work on your car and it has turned out pretty well. Their rate might be a little high for certain things but they always get the job done no questions asked.

They have fcked up on Twin Turbo-ing a G35 a while back, but take a look at your car, your car is nowhere near a G or the mods as complicated. Maybe you need to learn to handle people and you would get a lowered price on installs instead of taking the first price they give you.

 

They messed up on his hids.....connected the headlight hids with the fog light hids together on one fuse..and the fuse was like 15 or something...and they didnt use a harness.

Exactly... and after they re wired it like sam told me to tell them to do, it still kept having problems, and when i went back to them, they refused to keep up the warrantee..they claimed it was something wrong with my car..i then took it to speedshop, they looked at it and discovered the crappy way it was wired, they re wired the entire thing for me for $35, and everything is perfect..and they said any problems i should have from now on, to come to them

 

You all are so AWESOME...thanks...well I got a few things in mind...maybe since I see a bunch of you are still hanging out on this thread...which I must say is AWESOME...really it's great to see everyone talking...uummm..I was thinking of a few things...

Joanne I am in no way ignoring you or anyone else asking about the pics...I've been so swamped since the show...THANK YOU by the way...SALES have been so GREAT for me...Yiipppeee....so yesterday i was going through the pics and trying to download them...i found out they are to big and need to be resized...OMG...i have like 10,000 million trillion pictures to go through...HOLY CRACKERS...!!!!

So, I'm gonna try my best today to resize every single one of them...and get them posted, at least a few and then get a link...ok...I have a customer coming in but I have the late shift so that might be in my favor...

So, since I took on suggestions before the last show...I am hoping I can get some help from you guyz and galz now...I want you all to be very honest and positive and help me out with the next judge sheet....this last one like I explained, i personally sat down with the judges,,...I had printed a bunch of judge sheets and picked from that...since they know more mechanics than I do...I explaineded SCION and everyone showing their SCION would make it their own so they had to keep that in mind...which as you all saw did have a section for custom, etc....

Anyway, to try and make things fair for everyone and maybe make things better...I HOPE...I would like you all to give me some insight to judging...what YOU would look for...INTERIOR, EXTERIOR, CUSTOM, MECHANICAL, PERSONALIZATION, ENGINE, CLEANLINESS, ORIGINALITY, AUDIO & VIDEO and any other insight you might have....this maybe can make life easier next time and hopefully...make everyone happier when it comes to judging...

WHY?....cause then you could all blame yourselves...you came up with it! hahahha...JUST KIDDING...but then again no...I'm just being a wise a*s...but asking you all will make a difference I think, so HELP ME, HELP YOU!

Also, I want you to all tell me what you really thought of the BBQ guy....I personally did not eat the food...so I do not know if it was better or worse...but on a personal level I can tell you, i was expecting a hell of alot more for the money we paid him...I can't even tell you that it cost $800 which I think is insane!!!!!...wherein I would rather do the BBQ myself or even pay a friend of mine to do it and break out chicken breast and Italian Sausage and burgers for that money...so insight please...

I guess that's it...oh no! I forgot...listen I would like to see if you all can help me out...or rather the dealership....or maybe both...or all of us..really...see Scion Life has this Dealership Report Card that basically gives everyone insight to any dealership...and since Your's truly works here...I was wondering if maybe you guyz and galz can rate us and help us out...no favors...if you don't want to you don't have to...and be honest...no worries...but it would be a great help to us and helping others maybe make a decision as to where to come and buy a Scion which of course would bring in traffic and make us sales...which would be AWESOME,....and remember if you send me clients and they call me for appointments before they come in and they purchase....you get $100...FREE MONEY! it's called a BIRD DOG....it's legit and the dealership cuts you a check which you get within a month....

It's in the showroom if you want to pass by....almost had a buyer but he's getting a white tC instead....

 

I know my mod list got ignored during judging.. so did others, that's a big thing to fix, at all of these shows, not
just yours. My mod list was stapled to the judging sheet, they detached it and through it back on the dash.. without
looking at it... I dont expect to win at these things, but if your gonna look over my car, know whats there is to see...

anyways, as usuall, it was a blast and worth going to, you still throw down the best dealer shows regardless.

Hell yeah!!!!! as long as it's a Scion I'm happy....plus he's my 4th time customer...came all the way from Virginia to buy from me...how awesome is that!
