Default Stupid Team Toyota

I am new to the Scion group and just need some honest advice...

I purchased my Scion TC at Marietta Toyota b/c I used to work in Atlanta. I now work in Carrollton and get my Scion serviced at Team Toyota off of Thornton Rd...

I REALLY dont want to go back to Team but feel forced.

This is what has happened since I purchased my Scion in Dec. 05...
(All of this has been done by Team)

-I was turned away after making an appointment and arriving 5 minutes early...

-I dont know if this is common but my car was sent to a different body shop (for the hatch rattle)

-My car slipped while it was on the lift at Team and made a huge dent and scratch on the bottom of the car...

-to replace the hatch (which is still not fixed) they have replaced the struts on the hatch, rewelded the "exhaust heat manifold", put sound densening foam inside of it (after I printed off the instruction off of this website, I would fix it myself but I dont want to screw up the warranty), and have now replaced the "ribs" inside the car.

-they have stained the inside of my car with grease, which they have now cleaned twice.

-I have been hung up on 93475849 times at Team

-they have ordered the wrong parts for the hatch (the "ribs") and then it was backordered.

-refused rentals, b/c those dumbasses cant fix it.

-the last time I was there to get my last free oil change they scratched my wheel (stock 17) on the side of the curb.... Did I mention it's still not fixed??

PHEW...

I think that's it.

NOW...since I am at 15k and need a new air filter I would like to buy a cold air intake, BUT DO NOT trust them.

I guess my question is...since I have already contact HR and they have helped somewhat should I go further? Where do I go from here and should I even order parts from Team?
I WOULD NOT let them put on my intake God know they would probably try to attach somewhere under the trunk......idiots.

Thanks in advance

Default I'll help you out

Hey kvmfitz.
I'm here at SCION Mall of Georgia and the hatch rattle is an easy fix. Also we have added about 2 dozen cold air intakes. What a huge difference it makes.
Call me and we'll get it set up.

BTW, as for your current dealership, that sounds pretty ridiculous from what your described... you should talk to the manager if that still leads nowhere, take it up with Scion corp. Dealerships like that need to be taken care of...

Definately take it to Scion corp. That's the only way I've seen things get done. Scion actually cut me a check to cover my rental car when my tC was waiting on parts for 2 months. The Toyota collision shop wasn't gonna do anything about it. Just explain the whole situation and they should get it resolved
