I know your a quality seat guy, and I know NRG isn't the best way to go, but..

what do you think of the NRG carbon fiber shell seats..
I want CF seats, and havnt really seen anything else.. reccomendations?? thanks...

 

whats your budget??

i dont recommend those nrg seats because they do not follow FIA guidelines and in build quality. if you want something with c/f in the back the closest thing u can try to get is somehing like this from memory fab which is probably one of the cheapest c/f backed seats you can buy.

but its a non recline-able and almost all c/f backed seats are not recline-able which is a PITA if your trying to find a good deal on reclineable c/f seats

the r98 IS reclineable but does not come in c/f backing but all these seats follow FIA specs. u can also paint, decorate or even apply a c/f overlay on the FRP back and it might give u the look u want also

YOU CAN also try f1spec seats also... they also have c/f backed seats

similar style as MF but i think u have some more option interms of what you want.

both brands above are well respected and follow FIA specs.. NRG and most ebay seats DO NOT. which in case of an accident could cause you sever spinal injury or death because those seats are not very sturdy and arent built to handle large impact loads... the seat could shatter, bend, or break and metal framing of the seats can go ANYWHERE....

you can also try other companies but i dont know your budget so i cant really recomend you a certain seat.. how ever you have recaro, bride, sparco, carbeau (sp check i dunno), status, momo, which are all other options..

i usually tell the XB guys to get something boxy like the recaro LS and LX series seats which are pimp and have a box shape with cool patterns in the middle and cool headrests...

i know the entire line up of almost all seat companies.. especially the recaro line lol... just throwing out stuff at ya... the above seats also are very cheap and comfy. but if you wana go full on race.. LMK your budget/ how many seats you want 1 or 2.. and ill see if i can give you a better direction...

keep in mind also.. you dont have to buy new either.. you can still buy super clean nice seats in mint condition USED online and not walk away like u got raped... i got a million places u can search for what u want new or used.. so just LMK.. or PM me if u wana keep it on the DL lol

there are countless HDR style pic tutorials online.. if u need cs3 or cs2 LMK

u can use cs3 or what i do combine the HDR into a maya 8.5/cs3 backdrop

yo i offered this to serge but it was out of his budget at the moment. my boy and i were going to jump on these seats for a killer price... to make a long story short, i got scammed and my boy came out getting the seats before the scammer got arrested. there is over 6K in seats and harnesses here, and he has had them in his civic si for about 3 months and is now selling them. if im not mistaken hes asking about 2500 with the takata harnesses. im sure you can work down the price. lmk if your interested. id love to see a fellow tse member jump on these beautiful seats heres what they look like. they are bride gias mazziora

yes graphic designer... i have a fancy title here at work as SR. art director but basically a graphic designer going on 8 years now.
