oh no i didnt mean doing anything illegal lol... i meant incase u wanted to swap drivers side fenders + me giving u cash lol... in case u wanted easy money not out of pocket since ur going to have to pay the deductible most likely... unless they total it in which case you'd still be walking away with money even before u get a new car lol... that and if they take it.. i suggest taking off the springs or swapping out with someones stock suspension with yours so u can recover that money also ( i can help you out with that and maybe work something out incase your interested)... i think personally its fixable... if they chasis is ok then ur good.. but i cant tell from the pics.. if your interested though LMK.. and maybe we can work something out were u can walk away with money in pocket legally lol..

if airbags deploy, say both fronts, it adds about $3-4000 to the repair bil.. so if the body damage is around the same, then you get really close to blue book=total.. depends

 

Crap^^ I should say 3-4k in parts, not to mention labor.. 2 airbags, broken interior pieces, SRS computer, both front seatbelt buckles etc.,.

but yea like i said... try to recover as much as you can... IF you need help LMK asap like i said and im sure we can work out something thats to BOTH out benefits...i dont mind getting dirty or working on the car if it helps both of us out...

plus ive been in your shoes before and TRUST ME... save what you can and try to get as much as u can from other things because insurance WILL NOT help you.. they will just total it and thats it.. BUT by law you CAN take certain things off the car as long as its reasonable.. if the car is in your house or drive way right now i advise you take action asap before they take the car away... if the insurance takes it for repairs and decides total it then your going to get screwed out of money you can easily have in pocket... if your worried about suspension like ur springs i got you on that no worries... and other parts u might need exchanging i can help also...

yeah.. thats exactly it.. at Acura we got wrecks in for repairs.. then they decided total..
then, as the tech working on your car, I brought home a amp, head unit, and alarm.. because you will never see your car again anyway!!

lol truth ^^ .... i know because ive seen both sides of the story.. ive been on the wreck side and also from my friends who work in body shops that get totaled cars... the owner CAN take what they want... its their car but once they sign it over its a field day for who ever...

im offering help and parts now because i could use his driver fender and have a replacement in SW and ill provide cash on top with my fender for his... on his suspension ill help swap it for stock for free if it helps getting me my fender if his fender is in the condition i need it in.... thats an easy 100 in suspension he can save along with the springs... and with the fender cash im willing to put it thats some more money he wont see from the insurance.
