I figured it out!!!
After a day of returning to stock, and seeing no change, it turns out it wasn't my modding at all..
I have an EVAP system leak, when I pinch off the hose from the purge valve, all the readings go to normal.. every now and then when i get gas it stalls out, I am assuming there is a valve stuck open in the EVAP causing both issues... now to get them to look past the painted engine bay, and warranty me..
