Did you encounter "check engine warning light" turned on?
I own a 2017 Yaris iA. Did you encounter "check engine warning light" turned on? How did you fix it? How much did it cost you? Did you take it to a dealer?
Hi and welcome!
The light means there are stored ECU diagnostic codes relating to some error in some system. Use a scanner to pull out the codes. Then look up codes in manual and follow testing and troubleshooting procedure in manual.
Usually it's something like wiring (corrosion), vacuum-lines or something needing adjustment. In rare cases, there's a part that needs to be replaced.

Thank you for your reply. I scanned the car and it reported P2610. There are many causes to this code. The only thing I did was to retighten the gas cap. The next day the warning light was gone and it has not recurred yet.
