Default Let the sun shine in!

A huge thank you to all the guys at Classic Soft Trim. Neil, Sergio and Leo did an outstanding job on the iQ sunroof.

From scheduling to installation to delivery everything was professional and easy.

The sunroof opens all the way or stops at any point you wish. It vents, has a factory color matched sunshade and automatically closes when you turn off the ignition.

Here are a few pics and a video of the sunroof...

Hey Taz, looks great! How satisfied are you with the job CST did? There's one up here in Portland and I've been thinking about having them cut up the roof in my CRX, but I'm nervous about aftermarket sunroofs. How well insulated do you think it is? What I mean is, they used to be a great way to ensure an eventual leak, do you feel like it's equivalent to a factory job?

It does feel like a factory installation. The installer did a fantastic job. I've had no leaks at all and I do wash the car frequently.

There are four drain tubes in case there ever is a leak. I have a lifetime warranty on the sunroof and installation.

The only thing I would mention is that with this type of sunroof (in roof) you will lose about 1.5 inches of headroom. That's one of the reasons I had so much trouble finding a company to do it. The above roof type doesn't lessen your headroom.

If you have them in your area I would say go for it and feel confident with their work.
