and its not like a micro SUV in any sense, what we saw had 2 doors AND scion is using coupe as a descriptor. it works, just would not have been where i first went when thought of.
and its not like an el camino at all either
day after tomorrow and all will know!
and i would hazzard that the direct replacement for tC is going heavily off of what the fuse is. the xHako is a different production concept.

I just hope it resembles the Fuse is some way shape or form. Except for the back. I think the enclosures in the back of the vehicle will make it hard to see.
On a slightly unrelated note (It's a Toyota sports coupe, so don't gripe.) When is Toyota going to make a hydrogen and/or electric version of this baby.

x2 haha I've pondered this for a while now
cause we do it badass like that here in texas lol
not entirely sure why these important scion people were here. but they decided that they wanted to try a focus group dinner type thing and our local awesome dealership who started scion here in DFW chose a few owners who have been around for a while and are in the local car clubs to get our opinions.
i've been around since 05 and am the 2nd in charge of the scikotics chapter here.
so we all got to go to fancy restaraunt and eat and have margaritas and talk concepts and direction and what we like dont like, all on scion's dime. and then get cool stuff in the mail.
the VP is actually a cool guy, hes not "stuckup business man" at all and was genuinely interested in what we had to say and that he shared some of the wants that we also had.
like the tCs drab color pallet and the preference for turbo over supercharger.
also talked about other stuff that would fall into toyota or lexus. most memorable was their partial stock in subaru and how we thought of the awesomeness that a new corolla sti would mean.

he said he wished thats wat they could have done it.
i think the main problem is the cost, keeping it down and reliable to be viable for the scion lineup. then theres emmissions to have to get passed.

Wow i just saw the hako pics some dude posted on his photobucket, and was on SL for a couple minutes then removed and it seems very concept car, and not even close to what i expected, i like it though. i would buy one.
allthough the windshield would attract rocks like no other windshield ever produced! you think the gen 1 xb was bad, its got nothin on the hako.

out of respect of scion corp., despite its very soon-to-be revealing,
those that have viewed the picture.. and especially those who happened to have perhaps saved that picture.. please do not distribute it until tomorrow.
thank you.
