If anyone is being rejected because of their car preferences, just go back and say you are only interested in buying a Scion xD. I did that and it worked for me. When I added Nissans and Hondas to the list, suddenly they didn't want my opinion. Took a couple of redos to get it right.

So I'm thinking, while I'm sure they had the best of intentions to go "HAY EVERY1 FILL THIS OUT"... it couldn't have hurt to be more specific with exactly who they were looking for. They're going to have more people who tried to fill it out and couldn't than actual respondants.

Or waaay more skewed results now, with people just faking information.

lol..I've tried filling it out like 5 times just to see if I can get to the end..it's more of a game now. If I type in that I am looking for a Scion tC, it boots me out w/o any error message. If I put in like Scion, Toyota, and Nissan, I have to rank them and if I put Scion#1 then choose the tC #1, it says I am not what they want or whatever....wtf? ! What DO they want?

They want xD. Put just scion, and just xD. Put target age in the 20s, and just rank the xD as number one (your only choice). Then randomly select answers after that!!!

I love Scion and all, but some of their marketing and research schemes I think are to just make them selves feel better!!!

Let's hope that nobody from the marketing department stumbles across us swapping tips for CHEATING ON THE SURVEY, or they'll never come here again.

you people have NO respect for market data. you're going to hose the information profile. don't you know what can happen if you do that?!

how do you think we ended up with the xB2?!?!

They are looking for "certain" answers.... tried survey 2 times, different answers and was told "don't meet criteria"..... i.e., you don't qualify if over 45... so just how good can this survey be????????

Exactly! I got booted out of the survey once they found out that I was looking at Hondas and Nissans too. I just retook it with only Scion xD as my car and told them only good things about their site and was able to finish. This has to be the most misleading survey ever, they'll never get accurate results with trickery like that.

This kinda reminds me of when kids hear something they don't like they cover their ears and go LALALALALA real loud.

I'm sorry, WHO'S using trickery? You just knowingly screwed up survey data to get a chance at an iPod.

You're all going to be sorry when the xD gets made for another ten years!

Targetting young people is great and all, but I hope they don;t go and release a special Pokemon edition or anything.
I heard they were doing a Pokemon edition xB complete with color keyed pokeballs
