it actually does look more of a rounded tip than oval!

 

If the price was right, i'd swap OEM bumpers with someone. I hate the Kenstyle lip on the RS5. I just loved the color & the interior. The friggin Kenstyle kit is $3100 if you wanna buy it separately, too. It's ridiculous.

yeah im not gonna lie even the RS bodykits/lips look horrible too but atleast tehre adding sumthing to the car unlike this new RS. im debating getting a XB2 now that i saw the RS6. jus gotta make sure insurance is good lol

the TRD exhaust actualyl does look more round and not oval like

 

It's a sign of the times guys...Toyota needed to save some dough while still providing a Release Series....and they're only making 2,000 of these as oppose to the usual 2,500!

Besides, the tC also has the ULTRA Rare Five Axis 'Release Series'....so maybe that's why they didn't go over the top with this one...who knows?

 

I'm disappointed in the color, i was hoping some sick color for the RS5 first was red,blue,white, flint mica, and now black... they need to make some custom colors for the RS cars.

 

it's not a sign of the times. Toyota has been doing these less that spectacular RS's for a little while. Like constantly reusing Absolute Red and having a white as an RS colour. They've lost their steam or their mind.

What's wrong with black? I like the black. I don't however like the color inside. I would get tired of a bright color inside. Not everyone wants a bright colored car. I think this color is better than the gray release series we had. I was not a fan of that one.

I'd like to see leather but it'd push the price over the edge for release series range.

 

Is it going to have the alcantara seats as the RS2 and RS3? Thats what I like the most about the RS.

 

well for me, i don't have time to wash my car every 2 days, black cars are really hard to keep clean.. i had FM TC before and it was annoying to keep it clean.

 

theres nothing wrong with black persay, its jus if i wanna pay 4k more then MSRP then id jus get a BSP simple, and add the parts sepereatly myself and have the exact same car. buy everything online or used install it myself, get sum clazzio interior leather seat, buy a TRD badge off ebay and voila spent about 2k less then the 4k MSRP. the only thing u wont get r the wheels

 

Not really digging it. Its preety clean to start off with though

 

oooo i like those rims. maybe the new RS5 will change my love for the RS1 model.

First 3 RS xB colors > all RS tC colors. The only colors I've really liked for the RS tC were the first 2. The
red was just the bomb. The last 3 RS tC colors have been "meh" for me. Now, I am not giving the folks
who bought RS tCS 3-5 a bad time. Congrats. Be happy you have a limited edition tC. I just can't believe
how Scion was so 'conservative' with the RS tC color choices is all.

 

i am slightly disappointed that they didnt choose a flashier color for the lsat few RS's, but i am a personal fan of black (i drive a BSP). i also really like the wheels. i am very tempted to sell my current tc to buy this new RS

 

Did everyone notice they're using the Toyo Proxes4 tires that a lot of us here at scionlife have been using. makes me think they've been reading our posts here!

Plus.. the black wheels with the red lip, someone else here already did that my painting the wheels black. yeah it's obvious toyota has been stealing our ideas from the forum! lol..
