Im just wondering, how much it would generally cost to have a front bumper painted if I do all the prep work (fitting, priming, etc.) I got $888 to get it fixed from the insurance company and im tryin to make it stretch as much as possible.

 

ull have money left over for sure i think. i dont remember how much insurance said was for doing my front bumper when i got into an accident. but i didnt prep,fit it, or prime it. i think it was around 500.

 

Well my sister got rear ended about 2 months ago. Back bumper was pretty bad. cracked up, bent, paint missing, etc. Insurance wrote her a check for $975 which our Toyota dealership agreed on. He bumper was really bad to. Pretty much hanging off. $975 covered her, and the dealership did an awesome job as usual. You would never know anything was wrong before.

 

all i actually plan to have a body shop do it spray the bumper, me and my dad (he's a mechanic and does body work) will put the bumper on and everything, so i just wanna know how much it would cost to get sprayed Flint Mica.

 

may only cost a couple/few hundred dollars depending how much paint needs to be purchased and the labor that goes into it(hours).

 

Probably about $250-300 if you do ALL THE PREP WORK. I got my rs1 lip kit painted (front, rear and side skirts for $400) so around their I would say.... oh yeah and I didnt do any of the prep. It really also depends on the body shop, some charge wayyyy! more than others, go to at least 3 different shops and get estimates...
