i believe that most of us have scratched front bumper.. well.. i have.
to be honest i cant even see that part. Only if i go down on my knees and look under the bumper.. so why do u wanna fix it?

get some color matched paint from the toyota and use a toothpick to apply it.

when did u get the car? eventually u will have scratches there anyway... and u will get MORE :D oh wait.. its not funny.... but this is the truth.. especially if you are lowered.

you can't get rid of the scratches without filling them up.. sand , primer, paint etc.. but u cant do that without repainting the whole bumper. so you can do two thing:

1) just paint it with a small paintbrush or toothpick
2) leave it like that

if you use the touchup paint and you can fillthe scratches witha small paint brush at the local art supply store like Michaels..........

paint cleanly the scratches ......then on a dowl super glue a piece of 600 wet sand on the end and carefully sand the new paint once dry........

continue to fill the scratches and wet sand........raising the grit for the final layers and then buff with rubbing compound and polish and it willnot be perfect but it will not be as bad as it is now.......take your time........I just recently gouged my lower bumper on a curb as well and it is horrid looking.......but Five Axis kit next year is gonna cover it right up........LOL

touch up paint won't fill up sctraches.. but it might make it looks slightly better..

really, the only way to fix it is to get a pro to fill it in (which is ABSOLUTELY pointless as you'll probably do it again sometime in the future).. along with buying a new bumper.. which is again also a waste of money.

I think I have some small scratches there (then again, prob not), but if it really annoys you just sand it with a 2 or 3000 grit sand paper and use some touch up paint. Honestly, I probably wouldn't even touch it, people can't even see it or notice unless they look under your car.

I hate those bástard curbstones that they put in parking spaces. I got hung up on one about 2 hours after I got my car lowered for the first time. Ever since then, I always park in reverse.
