From what i've seen the car is priced vary low to attract young buyers with low end income (not saying that if you have you you don't make any money lol) And either High-end built tc's are from older men who have more money, who have been through college and not the kid thats trying to build a super car while in college. Just saying that it looks like most people will sell they're tc's and say "yeah i did the whole scion thing" now i'm ready to move on to bigger and better. And not spending a fortune in a entry-level car. Just my opinion though. But i'd say you need lots of work to get on that level, but with some time and money no one's saying you can't get there Good luck with your bulid
